The Nightmare is not a Marauder, as it only requires Caldari and Amarr BS I. The other Sansha ships, less so. Why should T2 and faction stay separate? Why not give them some special abilities and role bonuses different from those that compare...

While the existing T1 faction ships have a lot going for them, I'd really enjoy having some T2 faction ships as well: maybe a Sansha covert ops frigate or a Guristas heavy assault cruiser. Perhaps each faction only has one particular class of T2s...
